Answers to many questions that you may have for the most successful party or event. Priness, Superhero & Characters. What can I do to ensure that the visit goes smoothly? Help your character to make the best grand entrance possible! Please keep children away from windows, gates or anywhere they may see the character before coming in. We don’t want children to see a character exiting a car or walking up before they are ready to enter. We want to keep the magic alive! Have your cameras ready! Please only address the performer/s by their character’s name (ie. Cinderella, Spider-Man, Mickey Mouse, etc.). This helps keep the magic alive for children and guests. If the event is outside, please make sure that the area is free of any dirt, mud, water, etc. Have a large tarp, blankets or similar ground cover for children to sit on when performing outside. We cannot perform if there is dirt, water, mud or damp grass that is not covered. Please provide a chair for each performer or party host to conduct story time, etc. If your package includes make up or face painting, please provide a table and chairs for each performer as well as a chair for children to sit in during this activity. Please have bottled water available for your performer near the performance area. For Mascots, please supply water in a changing/break area that is set aside just for your performers (We don’t want children seeing characters without their heads…they need complete privacy.) We begin each visit by doing your family photos when the character/s first arrives. We want you to get all the photos that you’d like & doing the majority of the photos first ensures that you’ll get all of the photos that you desire. Nothing is worse than wanting more photos when the performer/s needs to head out to their next event. Group photos and individual photos for guests will take place during the last 5-10 mins. We suggest doing cake and happy birthday song 10-15 minutes before your character leaves. That way, the character is sure to be there for the special moment for your photos! Please serve cake after your character has departed so that the character can give goodbye hugs in order to keep icing/cake from possibly getting on the costumes. Then when the character/s depart, it isn’t such a let-down for the children if they realize they get to have cake! Be available at all times to supervise children and in case parent participation is needed (usually when there are too few children to play the games effectively) or if any unforeseen behavioral issues arise. Please refrain from changing the performer’s itinerary. They have a set order that they do activities, and making changes will affect the flow of the party and will cause confusion, making it difficult for your performer. Please have the cash payment balance and any gratuities ready for your performer/s when they arrive. We cannot begin without first receiving the payment balance in cash. *Performers do not carry change. Please plan accordingly. And lastly, HAVE FUN & have your cameras ready! You don’t want to miss a single magical moment! =)

What Happens at an Encanto Party? *Activities may vary slightly by performer, intertest level of the group & time frame. Here is a sample itinerary of a typical parody princess party, based on the client's chosen activities: Your favorite Encanto Character will arrive at your door to themed music to surprise the birthday child & her guests! It will truly be a magical "Madrigal" surprise Your character will be the picture of perfection, from our authentic looking costumes, their gorgeous hair & makeup, to their knowledge of the characters. Once they enter, will spend a few minutes meeting the birthday child one on one & mingling with her & her guests, giving them all a chance to say, "Hello". After Meet & Greet time, it is suggested that you take family & group photos . Taking most of the essential family photos with your character now ensures that you get all the photos that you want. This also gives time for any shy children to get comfortable & "warm up" to the character. If you are choosing a 90 min Package with Mini Makeovers or 2 hr. Deluxe Package with Face Painting, your character will begin with this activity. (It takes approximately 30 min for Mini Makeovers and 50-70 minutes for face painting when having 15 children.) Next, your Encanto Character or characters will lead the kids in interactive story telling while they recount the story of the Encanto & the Madrigal Family. The children will love having a chance to ask them questions! This often a favorite part for the children. During or after story time, your character will delight the children when he/she pulls out the BRUNO VISION PUZZLE! It is an actual replica of the Vision in the film (it is even available for purchase! View it HERE !) The children delight in putting it back together piece by piece with their favorite Encanto Character! At some point during the visit, your character will lead the group in a song performance /group sing-a-long to the most popular Encanto songs from the soundtrack! Including "The Family Madrigal", "Surface Pressure", "What Else Can I Do?" and of course "We Don't Talk About Bruno"! Next, your character will lead the children in some fun Encanto-themed games and activities! They include a "Family Madrigal Obstacle Course", "Pass the Candle", "Encanto Tile Roulette", a fun Limbo activity and our one-of-a-kind Magical "Gift" Wishing activity ! We don't want to give the surprise away, but it is truly "enlightening"! They'll fit in as many as time allows for. The birthday child will then be presented with a signed Madrigal Family certificate! And if getting a Deluxe Package they will be presented with a specia gift from your character! We also have wonderful add on Encanto gifts like jewelry, puzzles, Mirabel's purse & LED statuettes that can be purchased CLICK HERE ! (Gift prices will be added to your package price and included in your event agreement upon booking. Just let us know on your booking form what you'd like to add at time of booking! Finally, about 10-15 minutes before your character has to leave, we pose with the birthday child by the cake (if applicable) and sing Happy Birthday to the Birthday Girl along with your family and guests. This will serve as a good distraction too when your character has to leave. They won't be focused on her departure because now they get to eat cake! Then, on their way out the door, they will offer a magical hugs goodbye to the Birthday Girl and all the children who would like one.

Face painting,singing,story telling,games,prizes, etc. COVID-19 Protocol Our goal at Star Brite Entertainment is to find a way to bring all of the magic of your celebration to you, while still ensuring the safety of guests and our performers alike. When you contact us for your party, we will discuss with you what we can offer for your specific event based on the date, city, time, guest count, venue, and available performers. Some of our face character performers (princesses, superheroes, mascot hosts) wear masks and practice social distancing, while other performers are comfortable without a mask and having contact. We will do our best to cast a performer/s who can provide the protocol that you prefer. All of our performers are fully vaccinated and we can verify if we have a vaccinated performer available upon request.
