See an example of activities performed at a Galaxy Wars Party. What Happens at a Galaxy Parody Party? Here's a sample Galaxy Parody Party itinerary 1 hr. & 90 min. Galaxy Party Packages (activities may vary) Choose either a Male Galaxy Hero or Female Galaxy Hero to join you on your Galactic Adventure ! The character you choose will engage the children in a variety of immersive activities. When your Hero first arrives he/she will have a Grand Galaxy Entrance to themed music and all will be in awe! He or she will then have a meet & greet with the birthday child and guests. They will next pose for family and group Photos before starting the party activities. *If choosing a Galaxy Stunt Show Package , your Dark Villain will arrive to "disrupt" the party. Then your Galaxy Hero will arrive to battle the villain in a light saber stunt show ! He will of course save the day and send the Villain away & continue with the rest of the party activities . Your Galaxy Hero will lead the children in Galaxy Training where the children will learn how to fight the dark side , and will each have a practice light saber to use during the party (made from a pool noodle). They will learn some simple Light Saber choreography from the Galaxy Hero and have the opportunity to battle the Hero one at a time. The birthday child goes first, of course! Next, the children will get to work through an obstacle course and a series of active exercises to encourage teamwork, strength, agility, and speed. After Galaxy Training, if time allows, the children will play some themed party games. Terms & Conditions Deposits & Balance Payments : Deposit payments are accepted by Venmo or Zelle. Credit cards, pre-paid cards or PayPal will be accepted for your convenience and will incur a 3.75% fee on all transactions. The deposit amount is deducted from the total. Debit cards are not accepted. If you prefer, you may pay the deposit via Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Business Check. Personal Checks are not accepted. However, it is recommended that the deposit be paid by one of the electronic options to avoid losing your preferred character, date and time. If mailing a company check, it must be received in our office within 5 business days in order to hold the date. We will not hold dates due to late checks. Once the check has cleared, your event will be considered “booked”. We do not accept cash deposits nor do we pick up checks or allow drop offs. We do not have a brick and mortar office. Payment of Balances: Balances are due to the performer or assistant in CASH at the event. If client is a representative of a school, government office or business arrangements can be made to pay by company check or credit card. All balances must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the event entertainment. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling : We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your party/event. If you need to reschedule your party, please let us know as soon as possible. ALL deposits are non-refundable. However, you are able to put your deposit toward a new date within 90 days of the original date if cancelled a minimum of 3 days before the original date and time. *Deposits are only refunded for city, county or state mandatory lockdowns or curfews or when our company must cancel the event due to an unforeseen, critical circumstance which deems our company is unable to provide the character/service on the agreed upon date and time. Outdoor Party Policy: Outdoor venues are always welcome! However, if you are planning an outdoor event, always have a backup plan in the event of bad weather such as, but not limited to sprinkling, rain, high winds, etc. Because of the delicate and expensive nature of our costumes, gowns and wigs, we will not be able to do an outdoor event if there is sprinkling, rain, dirt, mud, standing water or high winds or in extreme heat or cold temperatures. Please plan accordingly. Heat Policy: When temperatures are high, 92 and above, characters will need to be indoors at all times for their safety. Heat stroke is serious and can even lead to death. We closely follow our heat policy, so please plan accordingly. Responsibilities : Supervision Policy: During the time frame reserved with our performers, all children, persons, and materials at the event must be supervised by you, the Client at all times. This is to ensure that our performers are treated respectfully, children and adults are well-mannered, and no damages are inflicted upon our property. Client agrees to be present during the entire time of our visit and if necessary, be able to step in to help maintain well-mannered children and respectful adults. We never anticipate any issues, as we have wonderful clients, however it is important to understand that our performers are entertainers and not caregivers, therefore the client must be present. Attendance Limits: We do have suggested limits to the number of children at your event. More children prove to be difficult for one performer to conduct all activities, keep the children’s attention, complete all activities and effectively manage the group. Additional characters or assistants can be added to accommodate more children. More details are located under "packages". *Mascots are unable to supervise children and therefore are not considered “performers” in reference to attendance limits. *Our parties are priced by time, not the number of activities performed. Please note that mascot characters do not speak. They are accompanied by a chaperone or party host to run activities. This maintains character/costume integrity. There is a .70 per mile/fuel travel fee for all events outside of our 15 miles radius. Two or more characters/staff members will incur an additional charge. Inquire within for a quote. Star Brite Entertainment does not assume responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. However, you can be assured that our performers will treat your home and guests with respect and care. Star Brite Entertainment is not responsible for allergic reactions to any costumes, cosmetics, FDA approved face paints, temporary tattoos, accessories, or any food consumed before, during, or after the event. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or the guest’s parent/guardian to inform you, the client of any allergy restrictions and take the appropriate steps to avoid contact with such items. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify the performer/party assistant in advance if they desire their child/children to not participate in activities such as face painting, temporary tattoos, balloons etc. *a more detailed policies document will accompany the booking party agreement.

However, if you are planning an outdoor event, always have a backup plan in the event of bad weather such as, but not limited to sprinkling, rain, wind etc. Because of the delicate and expensive nature of our costumes, gowns and wigs, we will not be able to do an outdoor event if there is sprinkling, rain, dirt, mud, standing water, high winds or in extreme heat or cold temperatures. If having a pool party, please be advised that characters cannot get wet. T here can be no standing water, squirt guns, water launchers, water balloons or the like in the vicinity of the performers for the same reasons listed above. Children must be dry in order to participate in activities with characters. Warm/Cold Weather Policy For all events taking place in warm temperatures (85 and above), all face performers (non mask wearing characters) must be provided a completely covered or shaded area to conduct activities & protect them from sun. If temperatures are extremely hot, many characters will be required to perform indoors in an air conditioned environment. Why do we have this policy? High temperatures & hot sun make it difficult for our performers to perform to the best of their ability in our heavy, warm costumes & wigs. Being indoors will keep them looking fresh & perfect. The children will also be more comfortable not having to sit in the heat or hot sun. During hotter months or heatwaves, if planning an outdoor event, we highly suggest booking your character visit at 5:30 pm or later. If temperatures are too warm, your character may be required to be indoors. *This is at the discretion of Star Brite Entertainment & the performers/staff members present. Safety of the performers is a priority and is taken seriously. When outside temperatures are 65 degrees and below, face characters & characters with minimal or thin costumes, will not be able to perform comfortably outdoors without appropriate outdoor accommodations and outdoor heating. In the colder months, indoor accommodations are preferred. If having your event outdoors is your only option, please provide outdoor heaters and/or a tented area for the performer/s to comfortably entertain. Being indoors will also prove more comfortable for your guests and children. If in doubt, please inquire within. Guidelines for Mascot Characters & Masked Characters If temperatures reach 85 degrees, all mascots MUST be provided an area that is completely shaded for the duration of their performance. On extremely hot days, mascots may be required to perform in an indoor, air conditioned environment & is ultimately at the discretion of Star Brite Entertainment, the performer & assistant. If in doubt, please inquire within. * Outdoor events booked from June-September or during heatwaves , may be required to take place at 6:00pm or later.
