Face painting,singing,story telling,games,prizes, etc. COVID-19 Protocol Our goal at Star Brite Entertainment is to find a way to bring all of the magic of your celebration to you, while still ensuring the safety of guests and our performers alike. When you contact us for your party, we will discuss with you what we can offer for your specific event based on the date, city, time, guest count, venue, and available performers. Some of our face character performers (princesses, superheroes, mascot hosts) wear masks and practice social distancing, while other performers are comfortable without a mask and having contact. We will do our best to cast a performer/s who can provide the protocol that you prefer. All of our performers are fully vaccinated and we can verify if we have a vaccinated performer available upon request.

Terms & Conditions Deposits & Balance Payments : Deposit payments are accepted by Venmo or Zelle. Credit cards, pre-paid cards or PayPal will be accepted for your convenience and will incur a 3.75% fee on all transactions. The deposit amount is deducted from the total. Debit cards are not accepted. If you prefer, you may pay the deposit via Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Business Check. Personal Checks are not accepted. However, it is recommended that the deposit be paid by one of the electronic options to avoid losing your preferred character, date and time. If mailing a company check, it must be received in our office within 5 business days in order to hold the date. We will not hold dates due to late checks. Once the check has cleared, your event will be considered “booked”. We do not accept cash deposits nor do we pick up checks or allow drop offs. We do not have a brick and mortar office. Payment of Balances: Balances are due to the performer or assistant in CASH at the event. If client is a representative of a school, government office or business arrangements can be made to pay by company check or credit card. All balances must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the event entertainment. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling : We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your party/event. If you need to reschedule your party, please let us know as soon as possible. ALL deposits are non-refundable. However, you are able to put your deposit toward a new date within 90 days of the original date if cancelled a minimum of 3 days before the original date and time. *Deposits are only refunded for city, county or state mandatory lockdowns or curfews or when our company must cancel the event due to an unforeseen, critical circumstance which deems our company is unable to provide the character/service on the agreed upon date and time. Outdoor Party Policy: Outdoor venues are always welcome! However, if you are planning an outdoor event, always have a backup plan in the event of bad weather such as, but not limited to sprinkling, rain, high winds, etc. Because of the delicate and expensive nature of our costumes, gowns and wigs, we will not be able to do an outdoor event if there is sprinkling, rain, dirt, mud, standing water or high winds or in extreme heat or cold temperatures. Please plan accordingly. Heat Policy: When temperatures are high, 92 and above, characters will need to be indoors at all times for their safety. Heat stroke is serious and can even lead to death. We closely follow our heat policy, so please plan accordingly. Responsibilities : Supervision Policy: During the time frame reserved with our performers, all children, persons, and materials at the event must be supervised by you, the Client at all times. This is to ensure that our performers are treated respectfully, children and adults are well-mannered, and no damages are inflicted upon our property. Client agrees to be present during the entire time of our visit and if necessary, be able to step in to help maintain well-mannered children and respectful adults. We never anticipate any issues, as we have wonderful clients, however it is important to understand that our performers are entertainers and not caregivers, therefore the client must be present. Attendance Limits: We do have suggested limits to the number of children at your event. More children prove to be difficult for one performer to conduct all activities, keep the children’s attention, complete all activities and effectively manage the group. Additional characters or assistants can be added to accommodate more children. More details are located under "packages". *Mascots are unable to supervise children and therefore are not considered “performers” in reference to attendance limits. *Our parties are priced by time, not the number of activities performed. Please note that mascot characters do not speak. They are accompanied by a chaperone or party host to run activities. This maintains character/costume integrity. There is a .70 per mile/fuel travel fee for all events outside of our 15 miles radius. Two or more characters/staff members will incur an additional charge. Inquire within for a quote. Star Brite Entertainment does not assume responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. However, you can be assured that our performers will treat your home and guests with respect and care. Star Brite Entertainment is not responsible for allergic reactions to any costumes, cosmetics, FDA approved face paints, temporary tattoos, accessories, or any food consumed before, during, or after the event. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or the guest’s parent/guardian to inform you, the client of any allergy restrictions and take the appropriate steps to avoid contact with such items. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify the performer/party assistant in advance if they desire their child/children to not participate in activities such as face painting, temporary tattoos, balloons etc. *a more detailed policies document will accompany the booking party agreement.

Our princess & character parody packages start off with the princess or character arriving at your door, greeting your birthday child and guests with a Royal Hello and BIG HUGS. Once she is led inside, she will take photos with the birthday child & family as well as all guests who'd like a photo. After photos, if purchasing a Deluxe Package, your princess or character will begin the mini make overs, tattoos or simple face painting before gathering the children for story time, singing performance & sing-a-long . Then your princess with teach all the little girls how to walk, talk and dance like a princess (Each character has their own variation of this activity). After learning how to be a princess, the birthday child will take the Princess Oath & be crowned in a special coronation ceremony complete with tiara & certificate. Now it is time to begin party games! If purchasing a Deluxe Package, your princess or character will lead the kids in age appropriate games such as Hot Potato, Princess Says, Musical Mats, Limbo to name a few. Galaxy Party Packages (activities may vary) Choose either a Male Galaxy Hero or Female Galaxy Hero to join you on your Galactic Adventure ! The character you choose will engage the children in a variety of immersive activities. When your Hero first arrives he/she will have a Grand Galaxy Entrance to themed music and all will be in awe! See an example of some activities performed at our mascot parties. What Happens at a Mascot Parody Party? Here is a sample itinerary of a typical party, based on the client's chosen activities: Your chosen Mascot character will enter the party, accompanied by a party host or assistant, and greet the birthday child and all of their friends for a Meet and Greet . Next, they will gather the family for group photos with the Mascot, to be sure that you get all the photos that you want. This also allows time for the younger children to "warm up" to the character before activities begin. (There will also be time for all to take guest photos before the character leaves.) Next, the party host and mascot may lead the kids in a fun dance party! Some examples of songs played are the character's Theme Song & Baby Shark and Freeze Dance or your child's favorites! **For toddler parties , they can dance with bells, scarves & shakers . For parties with older children they will dance to popular party dances (Macarena, Cha Cha Slide, YMCA). Music can also be customized if your child has favorite songs that they'd like to hear. Just ask us! Next, the party host will lead the kids in some themed games, obstacle course, relay races or other chosen activity . Following the activities, the character will pose for final photos for all who would like one, partake in the cake ceremony and singing of "Happy Birthday" . On their way out the character will offer hugs goodbye! **Our performers always aim to complete all activities that you have chosen. The number of activities that they are able to complete is subject to the length of time you book, the amount of children that you have present and the actual number participating.
